Change management

Change is a constant in any organasation, individual, family, clan, or culture. We also know that entities have got a reason ‘for being’ i.e. a business may exist to make money, an INGO may exist to help the poor, a family may seek happiness and harmony etc. The reason ‘for being’ is arrived at, if an entity is in the first place, EFFECTIVE at what it does.

With change always around us, we need to make sure that it doesen’t take away, but instead ever add, to effectiveness.
